Almond Pesto Pasta

Equipment:
• Large saucepan
• Wooden Spoon
• Food processor/blender
• Scale

Ingredients:
• 60g Almonds
• 60g Black Olives
• 120g Tomatoes
• Salt and Pepper
• 1 Garlic Clove (Optional)
• 1 ½ – 2 ½ Tbsp. Olive Oil
• Your favourite pasta (100g per person)

‘Treat Yourself’ Smoothie

Equipment:
• A blender

Ingredients:
• 2 bananas
• Your favourite chocolate bar
• Your favourite dairy/non-dairy milk
• ½ Tbsp. Hot chocolate powder
• 3 Tbsp. Vanilla ice cream
• Whipped cream (optional)

Hungarian Hash Browns

Equipment:
• Frying Pan
• Wooden Spoon
• Large Bowl
• A Grater

Ingredients:
• 2 Courgettes
• 1 Egg
• 1 Onion
• 1 Garlic Clove (optional)
• Salt and Pepper
• Oil of your choice
• 2 Small bunches of Parsley
• 2 Tbsp. Plain Flour

Tuna Pasta Bake

Equipment:
• Colander
• Measuring Jug
• 2 Saucepans
• Heat-proof Dish
• Cheese Grater

Ingredients
• Salt
• Tuna Pasta Bake Mix
• Cheddar Cheese
• 1 Can of Tuna
• Pasta of your choice
• Crisps of your choice
• Milk (amount on bake mix)
• Sweetcorn (optional)
