Virtual Twilight Lecture- Has e-commerce destroyed the traditional company?

Students will enhance their learning in business and related topics, as well as their understanding of e-commerce and the importance of strategy in successful business marketing.
We will use a case study company and, with practical examples, will consider the importance of e-commerce in a successful modern business, apply the PESTLE tool of market analysis, Porter’s Five Forces, and a SWOT analysis. We will then devise a strategy and discuss Porter’s theory on product differentiation and consider the blue ocean strategy.
