Years 9- 11: Stress management live webinar

A live interactive webinar where students will be able to understand the different techniques that can be used to manage stress effectively.

This will be delivered using a discussion format, asking students to share their thoughts and ideas about stress management and how they currently deal with it.

Content will include relaxation techniques such as deep breathing exercises
 where students visualize themselves in calming situations. This will also touch on nutrition and sleep, expressing feelings, setting goals and coping mechanisms.

The webinar will take place on Thurs, 16th July 2020, 10.00am and run for 45 mins.
